Moving Image art fair announces the artists and participating galleries and non-profit institutions to their fifth edition in New York. Returning to the Waterfront Tunnel in the Chelsea District of Manhattan, March 5-8, 2015, with a selection of single-channel videos and installations from across the globe, Moving Image has been conceived to offer a viewing experience with the excitement and vitality of a fair, while allowing moving-image-based artworks to be understood and appreciated on their own terms. Highlights of the Moving Image New York 2015 line-up include a special focus on artists and galleries from Brazil and from Finland, reflecting the selections of Curatorial Advisory Committee members from those countries. MINY15 also features a selection of works by artists using interactive technologies.
